Location: Sports Park in the beautiful city of Pleasanton, Califonia
Tournament Dates: Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th August 2008
Application Fee: $575 for this event via check payable to “Ballistic United Soccer Club”, we are accepting check payments only for this and all checks will be deposited one week prior to the event

Teams will be notified within seven days of web application of acceptance to the tournament

Check-in: Friday 15th August 2008 in person
Check-in Location: Marriott Courtyard 5059 Hopyard Road, Pleasanton - 6PM to 9PM.
Any team withdrawing from the tournament will receive a full refund up to and including 12th July 2008, a refund of 50% up to and including 31st July 2008, no refund will be provided for withdrawals after 31st July 2008. Withdrawals must be via email to summerclassic@busc.org, no phone withdrawals will be acknowledged or accepted


All teams will be guaranteed three games unless we face late withdrawal from the event, every effort will be made to ensure that a minimum of three games is played.
We will use the four team format with a final to take place for each age group on Sunday 17th August in the afternoon.
Teams are required to check in for each game at least 30 minutes prior to each game, no exceptions will be allowed to this rule


Web Site: We will use our Summer Classic website for teams to view accepted teams, schedules, scores, rules, and procedures.


NOTE:
CYSA, Cal-North teams applying for the BUSC Summer Classic will NOT be covered by CYSA insurance, but your team can still apply and play.
